The lightweight and stylish JHL Essential Turnout rug has a 600 denier ripstop, waterproof, breathable, polyester outer and inner nylon lining with no filling. 

It has adjustable double front buckles, with hook and loop style fastenings on the neck and chest, and adjustable low cross surcingles.

For added comfort there are reinforced nylon anti-rub shoulders with gussets, fully taped seams, and fleece wither protection..
